Finally Penélope Cruz and Antonio Banderas appear in the same film! With great humour and sharp satire they play in a film about their own industry. Film director Lola (Cruz) tries to rein two actors with huge egos. Félix (Banderas) is used to the spotlight only belonging to him, and the radical theater actor, Iván (Oscar Martinez), is only passionate about the true and genuine art. The two rivals are challenged by the intense and uncompromising Lola. Who will be left when filming finally begins…?
