Normally we screen all our films in their original language with Danish subtitles, but to accommodate members of our audience, who don’t read Danish, we occasionally screen films with English subtitles, too.
These screenings mainly take place in our sister cinema, Gloria Biograf (literally around the corner, on City Hall Square 59).

From April 30th we screen the documentary ‘Being Bo Widerberg’ about the director with the same name. The film had its world premiere in Cannes Classics
Fra 7th of May we follow up with a small retrospective of three of the best films by Bo Widerberg: ’Raven’s End’ (1963), ’Elvira Madigan’ (1967) and ’Ådalen ’31’ (1969).
All with English subtitles.
