The Aarhus-based band TV-2 has broken down generation gaps and helped define Danish humor, and lead singer Steffen Brandt's lyrics have become a soundtrack to 45 years of Danish history.
The band's 20th album will be released in March. It's titled 'As if we have nothing more to say', but luckily Denmark's self-proclaimed ‘most boring’ band still has a lot to say. In candid interviews, the members of TV-2 let us into an unprecedented archive and reveal truths about each other. 'You can't sing that stuff today. It was something they used to say ... back in the 80s', says Steffen Brandt with the warm humor that is so characteristic of the group. A film about reaching for the present and having longing as an eternal companion.
